Jeff McNeal is an accomplished voice actor with an uncanny ability to voice match other voice actors, film actors and even historical figures. But this inspiring narration is all his own.  During the height of the global pandemic crisis in March, 2020, documentary filmmaker Guy Noffsinger contacted Jeff and asked what he would charge to voice this public service announcement.  Guy explained that it would be distributed free of charge, in an attempt to inspire hope to a frightened and insecure country.  After reading the copy, Jeff decided he wanted to contribute his voice to the project free of charge, with only one caveat.  The only stipulation was that Jeff would only read the script one time only.  The way he felt it should be read.  This was the result...
